Holistic Tips For Minor Ailments

Got a cold, flu or inflammation?   Below is a very old remedy that still works today.  My family and I use this simple remedy.  I hope  you receive the benefits.

  • Day 1 Place six doses of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink once every two-hours.

  • Day 2 Place four doses of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink once every two-hours.

  • Day 3 Place two doses of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water once in the morning hours and once in the evening hour.

  • Day 4 Place two doses of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water once in the morning hours and once in the evening hour

  • Continue the process until all symptoms are gone.

            OR

Activated Charcoal Capsules along with Oil Of Oregano Capsules

Depending on the severity of the symptoms take between 2 to 4 each.

These recommendations cover fluids from water ,other beverages and food.  About 20 percent of daily fluid intake usually comes  from food and the rest from drinks
