Got a cold, flu or inflammation? Below is a very old remedy that still works today. My family and I use this simple remedy. I hope you receive the benefits.

Day 1 Place six doses of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink once every two-hours.

Day 2 Place four doses of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink once every two-hours.

Day 3 Place two doses of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water once in the morning hours and once in the evening hour.

Day 4 Place two doses of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water once in the morning hours and once in the evening hour

Continue the process until all symptoms are gone.
